Medical Condition Refund Consideration

If a participant develops a documented medical condition that prevents continued participation:

Before Program Begins

A refund may be considered, less any applicable administrative fees.

After Program Begins

Completed coaching sessions, consultations, digital materials, downloads, and services already provided are non-refundable.

Remaining unused services may, at the company's sole discretion, be

  • Converted into program credit valid for up to twelve (12) months; or

  • Eligible for a partial refund when appropriate.

Documentation from a licensed healthcare provider may be required.

Scheduling conflicts, change of mind, travel, emotional discomfort, or lack of participation do not constitute medical grounds for refunds.
