In our sessions, we work together to clarify your goals, explore patterns that may be holding you back, and identify practical strategies that support alignment and well-being.

Each session is tailored to you. Rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, coaching focuses on reflection, accountability, skill-building, and conscious decision-making to help you create a more balanced and fulfilling life.

If you're seeking personal growth, clarity, and strategies to overcome challenges, coaching can be a valuable resource. I offer a complimentary discovery call to discuss your needs and determine if we're a good fit.

My coaching approach integrates mindfulness practices, hypnotherapy-informed techniques, and personalized wellness strategies, all within a coaching and educational framework.

My work is informed by psychology-based wellness principles and enriched by lived experience. Having traveled to over 30 countries and immersed myself in diverse cultures, I bring a global perspective and deep respect for the mind-body connection into every coaching experience.

I support clients by helping them see patterns more clearly, reconnect with their inner strengths, and explore new ways of approaching life’s challenges. Coaching with me is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you access clarity, confidence, and your own inner wisdom.

Program durations vary based on individual needs. Options include single sessions, 7, 8, 12, and 15 and 20-week programs, all customizable to align with your personal goals.

6. Can coaching help with stress and anxiety management?

Yes. Coaching can be very supportive for managing everyday stress, overwhelm, and situational anxiety. Through mindfulness practices, meditation, grounding techniques, and lifestyle awareness, coaching can help you build emotional resilience and feel more centered in daily life.

However, coaching is not a substitute for mental health counseling or therapy. If you are experiencing persistent anxiety or panic symptoms or have been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder or another mental health condition, I recommend working with a licensed mental health professional. Coaching may be offered alongside therapeutic support when appropriate, but clinical care should always come first.

7. Is there a difference between 1:1 coaching and group coaching?

Yes.

One-on-one coaching offers individualized support tailored to your specific goals and circumstances.

Group coaching provides a shared, supportive environment where participants learn together, gain insight through collective experiences, and feel motivated through community and shared intention. Both formats are powerful; the right choice depends on your preferences and goals.

8. What is your background and experience in coaching?

I am a Mindvalley-certified wellness and life coach and a certified Six-Phase Meditation Instructor, with additional training in hypnotherapy-informed practices and holistic wellness approaches.

My coaching work is shaped by years of personal exploration, global travel, and immersion in different cultures and wellness traditions. These experiences allow me to offer a flexible, intuitive, and results-oriented coaching style that supports clarity, alignment, and sustainable personal growth.

9. What are your rates for coaching sessions?

Rates vary depending on the program. Please refer to our Program Guide & Pricing for complete details, or view individual program pages on our website. Payment plans are available for most programs.

10. Do you offer coaching in Spanish as well as English?

Yes. I offer coaching in both English and Spanish.

Spanish is part of my cultural roots, and I’m fully fluent. I love supporting clients in either language with the same level of care, clarity, and presence.

12. Are your live sessions bilingual or separate?

Sessions are offered separately in English or Spanish, depending on your preference, to ensure clear communication and a comfortable coaching experience.

13. How do I get started with your coaching services?

You can begin by scheduling a complimentary discovery call through my website. During this call, we’ll discuss your goals, answer your questions, and explore which coaching option may be the best fit for you.

Do you offer discounts?

A: For most of our signature programs, we do not offer discounts. This work is sacred, powerful, and rooted in years of lived experience and thousands of client hours. It deserves your full commitment.

However, we offer several ways to make our programs accessible:

Do you offer pro bono or reduced-fee coaching?

Yes. In limited and special circumstances, we offer pro bono coaching to individuals facing genuine financial hardship.

Qualifications:

  • Provide documentation of financial hardship

  • Be genuinely committed to doing the inner work

  • Be placed on our waiting list (spots are very limited)

How the waiting list works:

  • Pro bono spots are released once or twice per year

  • You will be contacted only if a spot becomes available
