Subscription or installment payments must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment schedule at checkout, unless cancellation terms are met.

Medical Condition Refund & Credit Policy

If a participant develops a medical condition that prevents continued participation:

Proof Required: A written note from a licensed medical provider must be submitted within 7 days of withdrawal.

Before Program Start: Full refund minus administrative fees.

After Program Begins:
• Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
• Remaining unused sessions may be converted to:

• Program credit (valid 12 months), or

• Partial refund at the company’s discretion.

Non-Eligible Situations: Emotional discomfort, scheduling conflicts, personal time constraints, or change of mind are not considered medical grounds.

4. Limitation of Liability

Dionne Setien LLC DBA Abund Terra is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Any errors or omissions in content
