Welcome, I’m Dionne. I carry the world in my DNA.

From the forests of Cameroon to the mountains of Spain, my ancestral roots span continents—Cuba, Mali, China, Portugal, the Bantu Peoples, and beyond. My ancestors whispered through the winds of Northern Africa, wandered the jungles of Central Cuba, and moved through ancient lands of Asia. It’s no wonder my soul has always longed to travel, explore, and connect deeply with nature and diverse cultures around the globe.

Having journeyed to over 30 countries, I’ve embraced languages, rituals, foods, and healing traditions that awaken the body, mind, and soul. Sometimes, you’ll find me swimming in sacred cenotes in Mexico, hiking Machu Picchu at nearly 8,000 feet, or reconnecting with my Spanish heritage in Seville. My adventurous spirit—ziplining through forests, snorkeling coral reefs, even piloting airplanes—reminds me that growth is on the other side of the challenge.

But this path wasn’t always clear.

For years, I was stuck in the same pattern so many others find themselves in—putting work, school, and family first while silently neglecting my well-being. The stress built up. My health declined. And eventually, I hit a breaking point. That moment became my turning point.

I began to study mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and meditation—not just as tools but as lifelines. Slowly, I reclaimed my health, my joy, and my purpose. My background in clinical psychology gave me the foundation to understand the mind, but these healing modalities taught me how to fully live.

Now, I’m a Mindvalley certified wellness coach, hypnotherapist, meditation instructor, and writer—and I help others do the same.

I hold space with compassion, curiosity, and empathy in my coaching practice. I help individuals who’ve spent years giving to everyone else turn inward, heal, and rediscover who they truly are.   • Cenote Explorer: I have a deep passion for swimming in the Yucatán's cenotes—natural sinkholes unique to the region. From exploring cenotes hidden within caves filled with the coldest and clearest waters to venturing into those with darker depths and others so clear that the bottom seems infinite, each experience has been profoundly enriching. Swimming in them is more than refreshing—it’s spiritual. Each one brings clarity, calm, and a sense of rebirth.

  • Aviation Enthusiast: I accumulated flight hours piloting airplanes during college, embracing the thrill of navigating the skies. Pursuing passions enhances life's fulfillment.​


  • Lifelong Dog Lover: I share my life with a sweet 17-year-old black dachshund who still brings me so much joy. My beloved Daisy, who was with me for 15 beautiful years, recently passed, but she’ll always be part of my heart and healing journey. I’ve always dreamed of having a black cat, too—there’s something magical about them. Pets bring unconditional love, emotional grounding, and daily moments of peace. They remind us to live in the present and love without limits.


  • Trampoline Therapy: Rebounding is fun and one of the best low-impact ways to improve lymphatic flow, reduce stress, and boost mood. I do it every morning to start my day feeling energized and alive. Movement like this supports detoxification, circulation, and joy—all vital to gut health and emotional resilience.

My Philosophy


I believe wellness is not a one-size-fits-all formula—it’s a profoundly personal and evolving journey back to yourself.

While my path has included adventurous moments—ziplining through forests, swimming in cenotes, parasailing above oceans, and even flying airplanes—these experiences were never about adrenaline. They were about healing. Reclaiming joy. Reconnecting with life.

I share these stories not to impress—but to be real.
This is who I am. I hope to create a space of authenticity and trust by showing you my journey. I'm not here to present a perfect image—I’m here to walk beside you with honesty and heart.

I do not encourage anyone to pursue extreme sports unless they feel aligned and can be explored safely and mindfully. Every journey is different—and yours is sacred.
