Meet Dionne Setien
Dionne Setien is a wellness educator, certified meditation instructor, life coach, hypnotherapist, commercial interior designer, children's author, and program developer with a multidisciplinary background in wellness, education, and community engagement.
She brings more than six years of experience working in psychology-informed environments, psychosocial rehabilitation settings, supportive living environments, and wellness-focused programs serving adults and older adults.
Her experience includes supporting individuals in community-based programs, assisted living environments, and wellness education settings through structured group activities, wellness programming, mindfulness instruction, and lifestyle education.
In addition to her wellness work, Dionne is also a children's book author who believes education and healthy habits begin early in life. Her work focuses on creating practical, accessible, and engaging programs that help individuals of all ages build healthier lifestyles, stronger communities, and more meaningful connections.
