Step 1: Complete Your Pre-Session Reflection Form
Within the next hour, you will receive a welcome email containing your Pre-Session Reflection Form.
This guided intake form is where you'll:
Reflect on the pattern you want to release
Explore your emotional experience
Share family patterns and stories
Identify repeating themes in your life
Please complete and submit this form at least 2 days before your first session. This gives us time to prepare and ensures we can go as deep as possible together.
Step 2: After completing the Pre-Session Reflection Form, practice a journal exercise:
From Where You Are to Where You're Going
Take a few quiet moments with your journal. Light a
candle if it feels right. Breathe deeply. And then, write.
Part 1: Where You Are Now
Describe the pattern or problem as it lives in you today.
What does it feel like in your body?
What thoughts come with it?
How has it shaped your relationships, your self-worth, your choices?
If this pattern had a voice, what would it say?
Write freely. No judgment. Just honesty.
Part 2: A Letter from Your Future Self
Imagine it's one year from today. The pattern you've been carrying is no longer there. It has been released. Healed. Transformed.
Write a letter to your present self from the future
version of you.
Include:
How does your body feel now?
What is different in your daily life?
How do you relate to others?
What do you trust about yourself now?
What do you want your present self to know?
Let her words flow through you. She is already there, waiting to guide you home.
Part 3: One Word
Close your journal and sit quietly for a moment.
What one word rises from your heart?
That word is your anchor. Hold it gently as you walk toward your sessions.

After you've completed this exercise, bring your journal with you to your second session with Dionne.
This is your space to:
Share what came up for you
Reflect on how the writing felt in your body and heart
Celebrate the clarity, emotions, or insights that emerged
Your words become part of our conversation—a beautiful bridge between your inner world and the integration work we'll do together.
